For the higher budgets we suggest the i9-13900KF with 8 Performance-cores + 16 Efficient-cores and the Scalable dual Xeon with a total of 24 Cores, 48 threads. Adobe certification is evenly distributed for GeForce video cards that provide a better performance/price ratio due to the DirectX 11 optimized architecture. @Xi is supporting both NVIDIA RTX™ (previously Quadro) Professional Graphics and GeForce RTX™ video cards use with Adobe.
